Return and Refund Policy

Is there a return policy?

Yes, we are confident that you will love our products. However, if they are not to your liking, we offer a 90-day return policy.

The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the same ribbon it was delivered with.

If the product is returned without the box and ribbon, or if our inspection team considers it defective for any reason, we reserve the right to decline your refund request.

 including your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will ask a few mandatory questions about the return to prevent misuse.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the product has been received, our returns department will check the conditions. If it meets the requirements, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

 

Why are beauty and health products non-returnable?

Beauty and health products are considered hygiene items. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously, and to protect all our customers, we do not accept returns of cosmetic and health products. We are not the only ones who follow this rule; other health and beauty suppliers also do not allow returns for the same reasons.

 

My order is damaged, what should I do?

For a faster solution, please include a photo showing the defective quality or the damaged part of the product. The best photos are taken on a flat surface, where both the label and the defect are clearly visible. We will use this information to help resolve your order and prevent future errors.
